Best Cebu Blogs Awards 2016 Finalist

Me enjoying in…what seems to be a food shower…because FOOD IS LIFE! ^_^ hahaha

It has been a tough yet fun 2 years of blogging! 😀 What started as a desk job, writing for different clients and training as a content marketer, has become a personal blog for food, fashion, travel, people and art! I needed a platform where I could express ideas without limits; and I knew the only way to do so was to start a personal website! Like any blogger (at least from my knowledge), it took me a while to finally have my own online journal where I can “write without rules.” It must’ve been pretty tough arguing with content editors that starting a sentence with “And” or “But” is acceptable. Hahaha Rules, you say? Initially, there were always doubts and what if’s, but after eventually conquering fear, starting a blog was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Fast forward to today, I have all the fun memories for keeps, lessons learned, skills developed (not all. don’t judge!) and everything I never imagined in the blogging industry! While I’m completely grateful for all of this, there are even more surprises that present themselves at the least expected time. I have been nominated as a finalist under the Best Food Blog category for the Best Cebu Blogs Awards 2016! It’s an honor to be recognized in one category I’m certainly passionate about. As if the picture above isn’t obvious enough (Lol), if you’ve been following me on social media or reading my blogs, you know how I love writing and making videos about my food adventures. 😀

BCBA 2016 will be held on November 27, 2016 at Crown Regency Hotel and Towers. Other than the Best Food Blog, awards will be given to the Best Cebu Technology Blog, Best Cebu Personal Blog, Best Cebu Travel Blog, Best Cebu Style Blog, Best Cebu Photo Blog and Best Cebu Entertainment Blog. Special awards await for the Best Creative Writing In A Blog and the Uber Influential Award to the person whose UBER code has been used the most within a certain duration.
