Last March 31, the history of my food adventures has reached its peak as I have devoured a fusion of grilled specials: Snapper Fillet, US Beef Ribeye, Ginger Miso Calamari, Korean Style Extra Spicy Pork Ribs and Persian Chicken. That’s one big feast at Circa 1900’s Barbecue Nights! Not enough words can describe how much pleasure was felt in the room. I would say it was a sinful meal, causing a breakup with your diet or worse, gluttony (in my case). That’s how far I could describe the goodness of each course.

Tamarind Garlic Calamari Skewers with Coriander Ginger Prawns

My favorite part of the show was this Family Platter (good for 6). I especially had my eyes on the US Beef Ribeye steak and Persian chicken the entire night. Almost like I’ve imagined myself spending the rest of my life consuming each juicy bite.
You can have the Family Platter with all of the above Barbeque dishes, a large bowl of Circa Garden Salad, Garlic Mash or Thai Vegetable Fried Rice and the best part, you get a complimentary bottle of Morande Pionero Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah – Rose!!
The desserts are quite unique to my taste buds.. The Caramelized White Chocolate & Crème Brûlée Bread Pudding and Chocolate Stout Cake with Strawberry Jam are sweet enough to overpower your bitterness for your ex! ^_^ lol My personal favorite is the Maja Blanca and Rosquillos Cheesecake because like most of the desserts I love, it’s the balance that dominates. The crust wasn’t stuffed with raw sugar unlike other cheesecakes, and the sweetness was just enough to satisfy my craving. Lovely overall presentation!
To top it all off, I cannot stress enough how well-trained the staff are. Enough said.
Ambiance. Food. Service. I have everything I want in a restaurant. Cheers and congratulations to Circa 1900’s successful BBQ launch!
